The Delivery Process:
- After your order is processed and reviewed by a member of our team, you will receive a tracking number before the order is shipped out to the shipping address you have provided us.
- Once you have received your tracking number, you can track the status of your package.
- Please note that once the products have left our hands, any additional inquiries regarding shipping is between the customer and the courier service.
When will my package arrive?
- Delivery of products can range anywhere from 7 business days up to 14 business days.
- All orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday.
- We do not ship goods and products unless they are in perfect condition. Please check the package for any potential damages before you sign and receive.
- All eventual damages should be claimed to the courier (courier should note all damages on your copy of delivery receipt and you should make insurance claim for all damages caused during transport)
